As you know, nowadays, labor becomes the main cost in most manufacturing factories.
This become the main conflict for factories how to reduce the production cost.
Today, let's talk about one of the small changes in PCB manufacturing.
At the first beginning, PCB manufacturing is still depend on mostly on man power, even the drilling holes is done by manually. And later, semi-automatic manufacturing age came, and most of the production can be done by part of machines, and some part still need man power.
In the process towards to full automatic age, we have 80% process can be done by machines in stead of people.
For example, in the past we need several people standing by the production line just putting the board into production and take boards out after it finishing process. Those people can do nothing but stand there and just doing this simple action. With the increase of salary of labor, we have machines can replace this people now. We call it automatic putting machines.
Those machines can absorb the boards which need to produce onto the conveyor belt, the belt can send them into the production, and after it finished, the machines can take them from the belt and insert them in the box piece by piece. The advantage of this kind of machines is that they can work all time, and no need to rest and save labor cost.
With the advantages of this, now we can save some labor cost thus reduce the cost of our PCB boards.
